We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced UX Designer with 3 to 5 years of demonstrated expertise in gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building web-based and mobile-based components. The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills, a solid grasp of human-centered design, and proficiency in industry-standard UX software.

How does your first 10 days look like?

  • Familiarize yourself with the company culture, team, and ongoing projects.
  • Dive into existing design processes and understand ongoing initiatives.
  • Begin collaborating on small-scale design tasks, incorporating insights from user requirements.

How does your 1st month look like?

  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and development teams.
  • Understand consumer needs and project requirements.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and gain hands-on experience.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance skills and familiarize with development tools.

How does your first 3 months look like?

  • Take ownership of the overall user experience of digital products or services.
  • Conduct user research to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design intuitive, efficient interactions that are aligned with user experience principles.
  • Showcase knowledge of the industry’s latest trends and technologies.

How does your first 6 months look like?

  • Contribute to the enhancement of software products or services.
  • Continuously refine and optimize user experience based on user feedback and research.
  • Communicate design ideas clearly and effectively to customers, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Incorporate problem-solving skills into design solutions

How does your first 12 months look like?

  • Play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and services through innovative design solutions.
  • Demonstrate a firm grasp of human-centered design principles.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and creative work culture.
  • Mentor and share expertise with team members.

Channels you will own

You will be responsible for designing user experience across various channels and platforms.

Tools you should be well versed with

  • Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Balsamiq, CorelDRAW
  • Proficiency in design software and wireframe tools.
  • Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.

Candidate Fit

You are an Ideal candidate if

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in UX design for multiple devices.
  3. Strong portfolio of design projects showcasing problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Balsamiq, and CorelDRAW.
  5. Understanding user experience principles and translating them into practical design solutions.
  6. Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
  7. Passionate about staying abreast of UX industry trends.

1. Master’s degree in a similar discipline.
2. Experience using UX design best practices to design solutions.
3. Expertise in standard UX software and tools.
4. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills.
5. A keen eye for detail and meticulous attributes.
